In this work I sought to capture the indomitable spirit and carefree adventure. I used oil, oil pastel and graphite to bring to life a figure that was both naïve and symbolic. The styles mix to evoke a nostalgia tinged with figurative modernism. Every feature is imbued with vibrant passion, inviting a journey to forgotten lands of bravery and freedom.
