About this artwork
Street art on canvas. The work was influenced by street art. The art that we see every day on the walls of houses, fences, walls and gates. Art that is spontaneous, fresh and unfettered. Fascinated by its scope, diversity of topics, forms, techniques and styles I wanted to transfer that art to canvas, at least to a small extent. The main theme is a group of characters located centrally. This part is painted by hand with acrylic paints. The background…
of the painting is a collage glued to the canvas. The entire painting is covered with two layers of varnish. The picture does not require a frame. It is ready to hang.

Wojtek Babski is an experienced Polish artist who has exhibited his work nationally. Primarily painting feminine motifs such as faces, figures and silhouettes, his works are a combination of realism and abstract painting. Each piece displays strong, vivid colours achieved by wide brush and palette knife strokes, along with and large contrasting colour spots. Babski ultimately seeks for his works to attract attention with their bold expression.
