About this artwork
A head sculpture as a result of serial and experimental plastic work. The expanding convex form elements are confronted with an internal movement due to concave interruptions. The deconstruction of the usual natural world of forms and the resulting expression establish the experimental field of this series of works.

Wolfgang Eckert is a sculptor based in Germany whose works have been exhibited both nationally and in France. Fascinated by the connection between plastic-spatial relationships and the human expression that becomes evident in them, his pieces are an "observation of nature and exploration of individuality".
