About this artwork
This work explores the duality that exists within each of us. Two silhouettes face each other in a confrontation that can be perceived as a fight, but also as an encounter between different facets of the same identity.
I wanted to represent the ongoing dialogue between our opposing forces: reason and instinct, light and shadow, past and future. The characters' movements convey a dynamic tension where each side seeks to understand, challenge, or… complement the other.
Through an expressive palette and visible touches of paint, this creation invites us to reflect on the inner conflicts that contribute to our personal development and balance.
