About this artwork
"Abundance" lacquer painting, 80 X 80 cm. Like a rain of gold falling in our inner background, coming out of yourself, freeing yourself from reason to go to the heart of sensation. Feed on the richness of orange pigments, transparent like stained glass, and this gray-blue-purplish.
Like a ray of sunshine, this painting gives the possibility of rejuvenating our soul and our mind.
The abundant gold leaf which is flaked down brings energy!

« My job is to create positive energy through movement and color. »
Yannick Bernard is an established French painter with national exposure. She seeks to liberate herself from set themes, reasons and motivations in order to simply paint freely and project happiness to each viewer. She considers her work as 'contemplative art,' art that opens and disrupts our learned mental routines to offer a more profound view of reality.
