They have also been depicted throughout art history for their beauty and luminosity, with artists such as Georges de La Tour employing candlelight as a central element within his works. Throughout this selection, candles and chandeliers are presented across a variety of styles and interpretations ranging from minimal to hyperrealistic, expressive and even surrealistic.
