About this artwork
With the work "Attesa", I wanted to subvert the perception of waiting as empty time, celebrating it as an essential condition for fullness.
The painting was born from the desire to honor the moment in which, while longing to act, we learn to remain and capture the essence of each instant. The female figure holding the watch symbolizes the awareness that waiting is the opportunity to live intensely in the present, transforming fleeting time into… an infinite experience.
The setting in the autumnal forest, with its warm colors, reflects this richness: waiting is not a loss, but a transformation that allows us to perceive the depth of the here and now.
Daniela Prezioso Einwaller is a painter with a solid international artistic background, enriched by numerous exhibitions and awards. Her technique blends rigor and intuition, drawing on Art Nouveau, Jugendstil, Byzantine, and Gothic influences, creating a personal, decorative, and symbolic style. In her works, time, nature, and spirituality become visual metaphors that invite profound reflection, conveying emotions of wonder, introspection, and a connection between the soul and the world.
