About this artwork
Lingua Nova explores the emergence of a new visual language, made of signs that evoke words and meanings without belonging to a defined linguistic system. This image no longer fully belongs to the human and suggests the emergence of a new grammar of gesture. The work thus reflects on the possibility of new alphabets born from the encounter between human imagination and technological processes.

She experiments with a hybrid language, layering visual fragments and allowing for machine-generated randomness; her dreamlike and symbolic style questions the control over the image. Her works convey a productive unease, raising questions about identity, power, and humanity in the age of automated images, always keeping the question alive rather than offering definitive answers.
