About this artwork
This artwork, created from many individual photographs, is a fragment of summer bliss, captured and reassembled to forever remind us of that light, carefree time of summer. Parasols, pools, shades and waves – pure joy, summer mood, relaxed happiness for your walls.
I wanted to show the fascinating connection between reality and reflection, reminding us how beautifully this artwork can bring freshness and summer happiness into any room.
For the… printing method, I chose a high-resolution, highly detailed ultraHD photo print mounted behind 2 mm glossy acrylic glass, in gallery quality. The backing board is made of sturdy aluminum composite panel (Aludibond).
Frame: The 1 mm narrow aluminum frame provides a subtle yet impressive finish. Thanks to its shallow depth, your image protrudes effectively from the frame by 1.5 mm.
Colors: Silver, Black, Gold, White. Back panel with sturdy aluminum rails for stable, easy hanging.
Gabriele Breu uses photography and digital image editing, drawing on a classical training in watercolor, oil painting, and drawing. Her technique combines clear structures with soft transitions, blends, and color shifts, creating distinctive works that exist somewhere between photography, digital painting, and collage. Her art opens up emotional spaces and invites reflection on perception, reality, and the magic of the moment, evoking feelings of well-being, hope, and inspiration in the viewer.
