As children, there was certainly that slightly magical moment in our lives when we visited a fair where everyday life became a bit disrupted, with deviations like in a dream. The veil of convention was torn away, revealing the grotesque, the buffoonery, the burlesque. In this fair, ordinary characters mixed with fantastic apparitions.
