The title says it all: It's about cultivating mindfulness and being in the moment. If we miss this, we miss everything. Again and again.
In this work, I passionately combine energy and stillness through abstract, minimalist strokes. The acrylic paints used combine various shades of yellow with gray and black, creating a dynamic yet calming atmosphere.
