"VIII" pays homage to Scorpio, the sign of mystery, inner strength and metamorphosis.
The deep background evokes a night sky, almost sacred, from which stars emerge with tribal lines, moving arabesques.
The Scorpio glyph is seen as a celestial tattoo. The animal is stylized, suggested, embodied by the material itself.
He pulls out his monumental pincers which escape from the frame, seeming to want to capture space and refuse all limits.
In the… middle, a golden star pierces the darkness, like a soul pulse, a sacred fire...
