About this artwork
“This image from the Parts of Life series was taken in Sandbanks, capturing a fleeting moment where the body and water merge in motion. My work focuses on spontaneous interactions with natural elements, exploring the connection between presence and impermanence.”

« I switched from science to art to make people dream. I love to make reality look surreal in order to challenge the mind and be more open to the world around us. »
Robin Cerutti is a prize-winning photographer based in Canada whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Mexico, France, Belgium, and the United States. He employs photography as a medium to escape and challenge the first perception of reality. While Cerutti does not convey any outright theories in his art, his credits his physicist background as playing a major role in his artistic expression. His goal is reached is his compositions cause a "dreamy state" in viewers.
