About this artwork
Reverse“ was born from the idea that a parallel world could exist in which animals live peacefully without the abuses of man.
My intention with this work was to explore the relationship between man and nature, represented here by the figure of the cat, a symbol of mystery and independence. The contrast between the large silhouette of the cat and the small human figure suggests a sense of respect, fear and perhaps even adoration. The fiery background… amplifies the emotional intensity of the scene, suggesting a powerful and almost mystical connection between the two subjects.
Through this representation, I wanted to invite the observer to reflect on the dynamics of power, on how we perceive animals and on our relationship with them, often characterized by a mixture of fascination and mystery.
