About this artwork
Technostalgia is about the love for classic technology. As i grow older I like looking back to the point where I came from, the 'tech' I used and the games I played. The world is really going fast these days, so once in a while we have to stop and look back at some point. Nothing but love and respect to the past, the present and also the future.
I used a variety of brands of acrylic paints, spray paints, acrylic pens and graffiti inks. All blend… together to create a mesmerizing absurdity. A neo-expressionistic style, combined with pop art and abstract expressionism on a massive 78.74" x 78.74" (200 x 200 cm) canvas. Another jawdropper with great motion, contrast, absurdity and loads of color!
« I focus on contrast and balance within the chaos of color. »
