« My paintings are a response to the natural world and I attempt to capture the peaceful mood of the land and forest. »
Amanda Horvath is an experienced painter from the UK whose landscapes show her reverence for the natural world. Horvath paints to convey a sense of tranquility, capturing the serenity of the forest near her home. She uses various techniques and palette knives to create textured, vibrant, and harmonious scenes that lie somewhere between abstraction and realism. She shows a great attention to light and shadows, and her use of exaggerated colors really heightens the sense of place and season.
