Arno Bruse is an experienced, award-winning German artist living in Berlin. His Pop Art paintings are influenced by the ornamentation of Klimt's paintings and the pared-down simplicity of the works of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol. Bruse's paintings are energetic, vibrant works that enliven both the viewer and the spaces in which they appear.
"Not just realism, but a deepening and expanding of reality—that's what I intend with my paintings. I'm always searching for that special moment: beauty, joy, movement. The image as a reflection of the intensity of the moment, detached from the real world. Not just a picture, but a sensual experience. Individual, tangible, unique."
