Credentials
- Works on commission
Britta Knappmann works as a photographer specializing in experimental and creative photography, particularly ICM (Intentional Camera Movement). She uses long exposure times and dynamic camera movements to transform dynamic subjects such as dance, animals, sports, nature, landscapes, and architecture into abstracted traces of light and movement. Her images aim to reveal the essence of the subjects, tell unique stories, and deeply move the viewer—they provoke thought and transcend the boundaries of the visible with emotional power.
