My name is Sabrina Alvarez.
As a painter and interior decorator, I live and create in Île-de-France, in a green setting where light, materials and seasons nourish my imagination.
Trained in applied arts and the architectural environment, I initially supported development projects before fully returning to painting, my first passion.
My work explores the boundary between figuration and abstraction, with attention to color, texture, and balance. I alternate between acrylic and oil on canvas, depending on the emotion or rhythm that each work evokes.
My inspirations: nature, inhabited interiors, abundant gardens (especially my own, in Varennes-Jarcy), but also ancient civilizations, period costumes… Everything that links the artistic gesture to human history and the senses.
