About this artwork
Again the theme of clouds, of flight with its very special characters.
Here, Achezegag seems to have been inspired by the toile de Jouy, a sort of homage to this 17th century French tapestry art.

« These bodies in movement, some in pain, end with hieratic, expressive heads, taking on a universal dimension. In the end, it is through the repetition of the gesture that my doubts dissipate. »
Farid Achezegag is an award-winning sculptor based in France whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Belgium and Cyprus. His art explores the human condition made up of several identities that overlap and often collide, which he represents through the puzzle.
