- I made "Woman with veil" and this work "Woman with veil" in the same period; the difference between the two works is that in "Woman with veil" there is a separation between the woman's skin, smooth, and the veil in movement. Here instead the woman's body is "modeled" by the veil that flies in the wind: it is a more ethereal image… and wants to be a reflection between body and spirit which is one of my central themes.
