About this artwork
In creating this work, I tried to capture the essence of mystery and contemplation. The solitary light in a night field invites reflection on interruptions and the unexplored. My intention was to capture a sense of quiet, introspection. This work will bring a deep sense of peace and mystery to your home, inspiring silent reflections and dialogues.
The printing on paper of these works gives an intimate image, linked to the nature of the work itself… and therefore directly to the quality of introspection that it represents. The medium of paper, specifically chosen, is therefore a suitable body, not a convenient one, and indeed it is the suitable body and perfectly adhering to this type of vision, and to its format.
The work can be framed after purchase, and prefers essential, neutral or similar lines, with non-invasive glazing, therefore minimal reflectivity, or none at all.

Akil L. Zani, born in Albania, is a multidisciplinary artist who expresses himself through drawing, painting, photography, architecture, printmaking, sculpture, and music, among other mediums. His style is poised between sonic journeys and visual adventures, probing the depths of being and seeking definitive expressive solutions. His art reveals a mystical quest with an emotional impact that invites introspection.
His works are held in public institutions, private collections of artists and teachers, independent archives and passionate collectors throughout Europe.
