Amargot, an award-winning self-taught photographic artist, saw her life turned upside down in 2013 by a health ordeal, an event that marked the beginning of a personal reinvention. This ordeal led her to discover photography, becoming for her a powerful means of expressing her deepest emotions. Guided by her instinct and sensitivity, she adopts a resolutely painterly artistic approach, capturing the ephemeral beauty of the world around her.
Developing a unique, sensitive and intuitive style, Amargot reveals the discreet poetry of everyday reality. Each photograph is born of an unexpected encounter with a subject that moves her, transforming ordinary moments into veritable works of art.
