About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to explore the enigma of love through a symphony of intertwined hearts, each vibrant with pure emotions. Using oil, etching, plaster, resin, and pigments, I created a weaving of affections in a pop art style, symbolic and metaphysical, that invites reflection on the complexity of human bonds. The energy of art will flow into your home, bringing with it warmth and a profound connection.
With this collection, Andrea Benetti… amuses himself by imagining the subjects portrayed by a hypothetical caveman projected into the contemporary world. If in prehistory he depicted mammoths, aurochs, bison, and reindeer—subjects belonging to his world—what images would he choose to represent today, immersed in contemporary society? Benetti responds to this suggestion by developing a new iconography, reinterpreting the language of cave art through modern subjects.

Andrea Benetti is the author of the Manifesto of Neo-Rock Art, presented at the 53rd Venice Biennale. His works have been acquired by international art collections and museums (United Nations, Vatican, Quirinale, Chamber of Deputies, etc.). Several universities have conducted graduate research on his art. He has collaborated with many universities to organize exhibitions and seminars on Neo-Rock Painting (Universities of Bari, Bergamo, Bologna, Ferrara, Johns Hopkins University, Lecce, Messina, Roma Tre, and Venice). In 2020, he won the "Nettuno d'Oro" Award from the city of Bologna. His biography appears in major encyclopedias, including Treccani, De Agostini, and WikiArt, and is translated into 45 languages on Wikipedia.
