About this artwork
This painting is my first pour. During the coronavirus pandemic, I've experimented with various techniques, including acrylic pouring. The calm and serenity of feeling the moment without worrying about the final result has opened up new perspectives for me in the process. This work represents a broadening of horizons and a step closer to letting go of perfection and simply letting my creativity flow.
Anna Frieda Kuzaj, aka ateliercollide, uses a variety of media, including painting, photography, drawing, and digital art, influenced by her artistic career, which has extended all the way to Hamburg. She experiments with acrylic pouring, realistic sketches, and impulsive expressionism, with her works oscillating between abstract, colorful experiments and realistic detail work. Through intuitive processes and meditative work, she aims to convey the courage to embrace mistakes, creativity, and self-discovery—her art is vibrant and inspires playful self-acceptance.
