Russian-born painter and graphic artist Arsentij Pawlow was born in St. Petersburg in 1983 and moved to Germany at the age of 16. He studied art at the University of Osnabrück under Prof. Thomas Rohrmann and Prof. Rainer Mordmüller (2003 - 2009). Today he lives and works in Osnabrück.
