About this artwork
Miramar by Polona Petek is a work from her blue series, in which the motif of the sea opens up as a space of feelings, inner movement and depth. The blue is not uniform, but lives in nuances, transitions and waves that give the painting a special tension. Due to the more expressive format, the work in space acts strongly and independently, like a look into light, water and that intangible force carried by the sea.
