With this figurative bronze resin sculpture I focus on one simple posture: straining against the wind, with both the upper forward-bent body and her hair diagonally blown back .
This posture could also be a metaphor of the effort and determination involved in resisting and fighting difficult circumstances: bravely, stubbornly or foolishly sailing against the wind.
