About this artwork
With my eyes closed and pencil in hand, I intuitively trace the outline of the blank paper, connecting with my emotions. My eyes open, revealing shapes and curves. A face emerges from these curves, and I multiply the curves and features around it, guided by my intuition. Each curve and contour tells a story of hidden desires and bold expression, adding a vibrant and inspiring energy to any living space. The paint marker technique, applied in three successive layers, gives the piece a glossy, textured finish, adding depth to this graphic drawing.

Her artistic journey began with oil pastels and landscape painting. She then explored acrylics and naturally gravitated towards abstract art. To enhance relief and texture, she incorporates varnish, sand, and plaster into her paintings. Her technique has evolved over time towards intuitive art. Her painterly gesture, almost ritualistic, traces curves and lines that spontaneously give rise to women's faces and concentric forms. Her canvases are adorned with red, black, and white, but also, in some cases, green and purple, capturing fleeting portraits of women. This combination allows her to explore striking contrasts and create works that are both simple and profoundly expressive. Her works are unexpected encounters, inner dialogues shared with the viewer.
