About this artwork
In creating this piece, I've interwoven emotions and textures using acrylics, colored pencils, and chalk to capture the untamed atmosphere of trees at a lake. When hiking through northern Italy, I found a lake in fascinating greens and blues, shining through naturally grown trees. It was quite, only some birds where singing in the trees, in the warm air I could smell the water and the fallen leaves, I saw the stark contrasts and vibrant interplay…
between water and trees. This painting is a heartfelt exploration of silence, resilience, and the wild energy that pulsates through nature. Bringing this artwork into your home means inviting a both calm and vitalzing presence.
