About this artwork
In this work, "Amandine," from 2015, I wanted to represent the face of innocence, symbolized here by that of a little girl in fresh, soft, spring-like colors, not without a touch of whimsy and even mischief. A certain mystery, however, emanates from her. It's a mixed-media piece using found objects, glued together (cardboard, wood, paper, plastic, gravel), which bring the whole to life.
