About this artwork
I wanted to express something energetic, and when I was drawing and looking at it on the way, this title came to me.
It depicts the opening of the heavens and the earth, the beginning of the world, the moment when life with ambiguous shapes sprouted and began to move.
We want each and every one of us to return to the starting point and become aware of the essence.

Chiaki Azami is an emerging Japanese painter whose works have already received international exposure. Her images seek to represent the emotions created from the events of everyday life and to communicate a common experience or sentiment to her viewers.
