About this artwork
Atlantis was inspired by my lifelong fascination with the history & the sea — its rhythm, power, and hidden beauty. I wanted to capture that fleeting moment when sunlight hits the water and turns it into liquid metal, alive with energy and reflection.
Each engraved line and metallic dye tells a story of movement and mystery, echoing the lost city beneath the waves. The infused crushed glass glimmers like sea spray, sealed beneath a high-gloss finish… that mirrors the ocean’s shifting light.
For me, Atlantis is a celebration of nature’s duality — calm yet untamed, timeless yet ever-changing. It’s a living seascape, frozen in motion, where art and ocean become one.
