From a series revisiting the cultivated leisure and visual language of the mid-twentieth century, Enduring Luxury reflects on the lasting allure of design, mobility, and stylized repose. The reclining figure occupies the interior of a vintage automobile, where leather, chrome, and glass create an environment both intimate and emblematic of an era that equated movement with aspiration.
Sunlight enters through the car’s windows, tracing gentle contrasts… across surfaces and fabric. The automobile becomes more than setting—it functions as a capsule of design and cultural memory, framing the figure within a space where elegance and modernity once converged.
