About this artwork
In "Blue Vortex," I wanted to capture the exact moment when reality dissolves into pure emotion. The work was born from a blurry photographic fragment: a moment of visual chaos that, in the original photo, appears almost silent. My challenge was to extract the latent energy in that small snapshot, transforming it into an explosion of light and depth. Through an extreme calibration of contrasts, I pushed the boundaries of the original image until…
generating this chromatic vortex. The blue fragments into vibrant textures, while the central light pierces the composition, creating a dynamism that was only intuitive in the original photo. Printed on Dibond aluminum with a black frame. In keeping with sustainable production, I only make the piece at the time of purchase. Printing and assembly take approximately 3-4 business days before shipping.
