About this artwork
The surface pulls upward through layered pigment and areas of erosion, creating a slow vertical drift. The seam remains visible as traces… of color spread and fade, where something once concentrated continues to linger without fully disappearing.
Acrylic on canvas, signed and ready to hang.

She began her studies in Fine Art before pursuing International Affairs and living in Paris for eleven years. After returning to the United States, she stepped away from painting for nearly two decades before returning with renewed focus.
Her work grows from the belief that significant experiences permanently change us. Through layered, medium- and large-scale acrylic paintings, she explores the buildup of pressure, moments of rupture, and what remains afterward. Working with saturated reds and deep blues, she layers, buries, uncovers, and removes paint so each painting retains the history of its own making while remaining open to individual experience. Color functions as both emotion and structure.
The work is not about resolution. It is about endurance inside instability.
Her paintings are for people who have been marked by life and continue moving forward.
