About this artwork
In "Landscaped Harmony", I have explored the interplay of shapes and colors to create a composition that exudes a sense of calm and organization. The multitude of interlocking rectangles and squares in earthy and muted tones, including ochre, mustard yellow, brown, olive green, pastel blue, lavender, black, and white, come together like pieces of a puzzle. Inspired by the colors of Cezanne, I sought to capture a harmonious and balanced array of shapes and colors that would evoke a feeling of tranquility in the viewer. What sets "Landscaped Harmony" apart from my previous works is the use of a loose grid system, which allowed for a more fluid and organic composition compared to my usual tight and rigid geometric paintings.
