About this artwork
Vincent's path, oil and amber on canvas, completed in July 2024. I live in Auvers-sur-Oise, a kilometer and a half walk from the grave of Vincent Van Gogh and his brother Théo. Behind the cemetery wall, at the foot of which are the two twin graves, stretches the Vexin plateau, dear to Van Gogh, with its woods, fields, and villages.
