About this artwork
Ozone O3, oil on canvas, 2000. Without the ozone layer, bluish in color, the planet Earth becomes unprotected and nature burns. There is no scientific rigor in my words, I just wanted to evoke here that the hand of man, through the actions of humanity, can contribute to maintaining balance. Daniel Olivier, a painter and draftsman trained from childhood, excels in the mastery of oil painting, where he experiments with mixtures of rare oils and complex glazes.
