About this artwork
In this work, I explore the moment when structure slowly emerges from chaos. The starting point is a random splash of color created by folding the paper. Within this unplanned, organic chaos, I begin to discover shapes and make contours visible with a ballpoint pen.
While I draw, I search for figures, tensions, and movements that are already hidden within chance. The work moves precisely between these two poles: the uncontrolled event of color and… the deliberate, precise line.
I am interested in how our gaze seeks and finds meaning within chaos. The forms sometimes appear as beings, landscapes, or fragments of a body. However, they are deliberately left open so that each viewer can discover their own images within them.
