About this artwork
In this work, I explore inner balance and the tension between opposites. The circular, mandala-like structure develops layer by layer from the center. At its heart lies duality, a symbol of the inseparable connection between opposites such as stillness and movement, order and chaos.
Through the repetitive work with the ballpoint pen, a meditative condensation of forms and patterns emerges. Each line is deliberately placed, yet the overall image… arises from an intuitive process. In doing so, I explore how inner states manifest in geometric structures and how repetition can lead to clarity.
The work invites the viewer to turn their gaze inward and find a form of peace in the details.
