Through this work, I seek to establish a connection between the interior and exterior of the image, directing the viewer's gaze and generating a wave-like effect. The central black line acts as the base of the visual journey, while the metallic strips, made with silver and copper leaf, act as accelerators of the gaze, aiming to take the viewer beyond the edges of the work. This action is supported by a background composed of two surfaces: one flat,…
reminiscent of concrete, and the other depicting a weathered wall, revealing its different layers and prompting reflection on the passage of time. It is a piece that, through narrative silence, appeals to memory and the environment in which it is situated.
