About this artwork
The work entitled "Tikal" combines nebulous spaces made up of multiple liquid layers whose transparency confers an ethereal depth, as well as a set of viscous layers from which random cells emerge like molten matter. The green, emerald and blue tones evoke the vegetal tuft of the Guatemalan forests.
