About this artwork
In this work, I have created an intimate connection between humanity and nature. The serene figure merges with the vibrant mountains and the large moon, conveying a sense of harmony and inner peace. I wanted to capture the harmony and quiet wonder of the majestic landscape and bring it into the space.

Eva Demuth works as a painter and illustrator, her style shaped by her early training in her family's woodcarving business, an apprenticeship as a church painter, and studies in graphic design. She combines classical drawing and oil painting with illustration and calligraphy, working sometimes representationally, sometimes with free interpretation. Her works draw inspiration from the moment and from inner and outer impulses, inviting viewers to pause, discover their own feelings, and find their own personal interpretation.
