Birds have long symbolized the soul—an essence capable of flight, release, and transcendence at the moment of death. They represent the soul in motion—lightweight, fluid, and free from fixed form.
To live fully in love and authenticity is to undergo repeated cycles of death and rebirth—shedding one identity, retrieving a purer essence, and allowing it to dissolve again in union. This process is often painful, yet it is essential. Suffering arises… when we cling to a state that is already passing.
Transformation requires the courage to let go of our most recent form, to release attachment, and to allow change to occur. In surrendering what we were, we create space for what we are becoming. This act of letting go is not loss, but liberation.
