A well-behaved worker, after a night of drinking with his boss, sits disoriented on the street, slumped against a lamp. His money lies scattered, already losing its meaning as intoxication takes hold.
The image points to a harder truth: hierarchy offers structure but rarely freedom. Loyalty becomes a quiet form of dependence, where value—both personal and material—can easily dissolve.
In this context, drunkenness appears as a form of release—not… an ideal or conscious liberation, but a socially accepted one. It becomes a fragile, unsteady step toward another state of awareness, a brief movement away from a life structured around consumption and productivity.
