At the center is a female figure with long, purplish-blue hair that seems to melt or transform into smoke and liquid matter. Her face is pale, with glassy, white eyes (without pupils), and her skin appears "cracked" like ceramic or dry earth. She wears a low-cut green dress. In her right hand, she holds a lit cigarette.
Symbolic and Surrealist Elements: The Melting Clock: At the bottom right appears the iconic "melting" clock typical of Dalí's iconography,… lying on a dark surface, suggesting the relativity or decomposition of time.
Fluid Forms: Behind the woman, clouds of intense red and white explode, intertwining chaotically, breaking the boundaries between the figure and the background. On the left, a small red cabinet with open drawers is visible, another classic symbol of surrealism that often
represents the secrets of the subconscious.
« A labyrinth of real and surreal subjects where seduction is the red thread that binds and the dream is the cosmic space in which to take refuge and live. »
