The Wild Card parla della sottile linea tra sanità e follia, tra gioco e caos.
Ho voluto rappresentare il Joker non solo come personaggio iconico, ma come archetipo dell’imprevedibilità e del caos lucido. La sua maschera non cambia mai espressione, ma l’opera cambia completamente quando la si illumina: come lui, anche l’opera ha due facce.
Attraverso la luce, i testi nascosti, le texture e la teatralità dei colori, invito l’osservatore a chiedersi:… Cosa nascondiamo quando siamo spenti? E cosa riveliamo quando qualcuno ci accende?
