The "Glazed Movement" series is a collection of artworks exploring the merging and interaction of movements. Each work in this series is characterized by fluid movements that merge into a harmonious overall image on the canvas. The choice of silhouettes as a form of expression invites viewers to experience the power and beauty of movement in its purest form.
By applying the Old Master glazing technique, the movements and their fusion are visually… depicted. The superimposition of transparent layers of paint creates new nuances and depths of color that lend the works an extraordinary dimension. While the contours of the figures are clearly defined, their interiors open up space for individual interpretation.
The series is a composition of harmonious movement, vibrant colors and the subtle expressiveness of silhouettes.

Felix Endriss has always considered art a central part of his life. To realize his ideas according to his own vision and standards, he has acquired technical and practical knowledge in various art forms through comprehensive courses and self-study through extensive experimentation.
His background in environmental sciences, in which he is currently pursuing a doctorate, inspires his artistic exploration of nature and sustainability, while also strengthening his ability to embrace new practices and approaches. As a researcher, he has developed a keen sense of experimentation and a willingness to try out new techniques—skills that significantly enrich his creative process, giving each series of works its own individual and fitting style. This interdisciplinary approach has enabled him to present his art in several national and international exhibitions.
