About this artwork
This painting is created with various types of black. To give the portrait extra dimension, I applied my signature drip paint technique over it. The different types of black include acrylic paint, and spray paint. I used multiple layers and thicknesses, resulting in a lot of texture in the piece. Using sand and plaster. And by the way: the song is also great!

Femke Kock is an artist from the Netherlands. Just a few years ago, she left her steady job to fully dedicate herself to her career as an artist.
